In the past few days, a swathe of complaints have hit the Ubisoft forums for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and they all center around save data corruptions on current and next-gen consoles, as well as on PC. The two Ubisoft titles now share another issue: save data corruption. Legion faced criticism over its inclusion of podcasts from a British journalist with exclusionary views towards trans people, and Valhalla received its own social outcry over ableist language and how it portrayed people with disabilities. The company has managed to launch two massively successful games, Watch Dogs: Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but has had a variety of issues with both. ![]() ![]() ![]() November has been a double-edged sword for Ubisoft.
